Chapter 224
(Eden’s Pov)
I woke up to the familiar warmth of Eros beside me. His scent gave me a thrill, and I shivered slightly.
I looked at him.
With his eyes closed, he slept peacefully on the bed, one of his extended arms laid beneath my head.
I brought my fingers up to his face and was about to run my thumb across his lips when he opened his eyes and startled me.
From where he lay, the morning sun reflected on his face. It was the kind of look fairytales were made of. But it was even more insane that this was more than a fairytale. It was my reality.
“Good morning.” Eros greeted, his voice groggy from sleep.
“Good morning.” I squeaked.
He chuckled and grabbed a hold of my hand that was still suspended midair and placed a soft kiss on it.
My cheeks reddened, and I tried to pull away. Eros refused to let go.
I squealed when he pulled me closer to him and sniffed my neck, his nose resting against the crook of my neck.
I took in a deep breath and only released it when Eros placed another kiss on my nose and pulled away.
“You are such a tease.” I said and slapped him on the arm.
“And you are so easy to tease.” He replied with a chuckle.
I rolled my eyes and pushed him away; my lips formed a small pout as I sulked.
“Come here.” Eros laughed and reached for me.
I allowed him to pull me in and tip my face with his fingers. He was about to lean in for a kiss when we heard a knock on the door.
We looked at it.
Eros groaned.
“Who is there?” He called out a little too harshly.
There was a small pause before we heard a voice. “The Elders need you, my Lord.”
Eros and I exchanged a look before he pulled out of bed. I sat up and drew the bedcovers over me.
Eros opened the door and the warrior bowed.
“My Lord.”
Eros leaned against the door, shielding me from the guard’s gaze.
“Why have the Elders summoned me?” Eros asked.
“I was asked to inform you to get ready for your test with Lord Ryker and come down as soon as possible.”
There was a pause. Then Eros nodded.
“Alright,” he said.

Chapter 224
The guard left, and Eros walked back into the room. He looked nervous.
I raised an eyebrow in surprise.
This was new.
Eros was always confident and courageous. I never thought I would have ever seen him nervous.
It was as if I could hear the way his heart pounded. Eros stood still.
“Are you okay?” I asked.
Eros chuckled, trying to hide what he felt, but I could sense it clearly.
“I’m fine.” He said and looked away.
1 stifled a small laugh. The look on his face was golden. I had never seen him this nervous before. He clutched his arms tightly. Eros narrowed his gaze on me. “Why are you laughing?”
I smiled. “Nothing.”
I crawled to the edge of the bed and stretched my hand out to him. Eros eyed my eyes suspiciously. After a few minutes, he took it, and I pulled him closer.
“You will do just fine.” I said softly.
He gave me a half–smile. He was still nervous.
“What if I don’t do it well? What if I fail?
“You won’t. You are ready.” I kissed the back of his hand softly. “You have been training for this; you are prepared. Don’t undermine your strength.”
His expression softened, and for a moment I believed my words had calmed him down, but then almost as soon as Eros relaxed, he tensed up again.
I had no idea what was going on in his head, but I knew Eros needed all the motivation he could get.
“I should get ready.” He said and walked away.
When Eros entered the bathroom, an idea popped into my head, and my lips stretched in a naughty smile.
I heard the water began to run in the bathroom, and I scrambled off the bed.
I sneaked into the bathroom and made a seductive pose. At first, Eros didn’t notice me. I took that opportunity to watch the movement of the water over his skin as he stood under the shower butt naked.
It was an amazing sight.
I bit my lips at his toned skin and hard muscles.
I must have made a sound that caught his attention, because Eros turned to me suddenly. He wiped a hand over his eyes, which widened in surprise when he saw me posed naked against the door.
I gave him a sultry look and called him over with a finger.
Eros fixed his gaze unmoving on me and turned the shower off without looking away.
I looked down and gulped. His desire was obvious.
In a few long strides, he was by my side and immediately swept me off my feet.
Chapter 224
He dropped me on the bathroom sink and pulled me in to him.
I was already dripping wet. His length oozed precum, and I gripped it. I swiped my hand over it, and he growled, jerking away immediately.
“I want to make you moan.” He said.
He lifted me slightly over the sink and positioned me directly in front of him. He rubbed himself against me once, twice, and entered with a sudden force.
Unprepared, I gasped and grabbed the skin on his back. He growled as he thrust himself deeper into me. He pulled out and made a slight twist of his hips, hitting all my pleasure walls, and I continued to pant in desperation.
He gave me no time to rest or catch my breath. We rocked back and forth continuously, and for a moment I feared we would break the sink.
Just when I thought we were nearing the end, he flipped me over and entered from behind. I clutched the sink; my knuckles went white, and I cried out.
“Eros!”
“Yes. That’s it.” He said with heavy breaths.
He hit my spot over and over again. I shook, trembled, and when I couldn’t hold it in anymore, I threw my head back and grabbed him from behind. We moved together, and soon I felt an overwhelming spark.
Pleasure rocked me, and I climaxed. He came with me, and we held each other tightly as we trembled together.
When it was over, we fell against each other and caught our breath together.
“I love you. Thank you.” He said with a slight chuckle.
I smiled. “I love you more.”
When we gained enough strength, we took a bath together and washed each other.
