“My boyfriend said that only if we sleep together will his dad agree to cancel his arranged marriage. I’m preparing to get pregnant now.”
“From now on, the dorm lights out at 9 PM, no perfume or snacks allowed in the room. I also need to listen to Buddhist chants for an hour every day, and no one is allowed to make noise.”
Oh my god, she’s treating the dorm like her own home.
The other two girls in the dorm didn’t dare to offend her. Olivia and I were just waiting to see how this would play out, so we didn’t say anything.
Our classmates looked down on her because of her identity fraud and mostly ignored her.
So after class, she would loudly talk on the phone in the classroom: “You’re going to pick me up in a Rolls–Royce Phantom to eat steak later, right? Okay, I’ll get ready and wait for you at the school gate.”
Everyone looked at her suspiciously, and some even followed her to see if she was telling the truth.
Jason really did come to pick her up in a Rolls–Royce Phantom. Many classmates took pictures and someone even posted it on the school’s
confession wall.
To show off, Lily stayed at the school gate for half an hour before leaving and posted three times on social media.
“No more hiding, seems like my identity can’t be kept secret anymore. Just a little luxury car, no big deal.” The post included a photo of the car.
“Riding in a luxury car is so comfortable. Some people probably won’t experience this in their entire lives.” The post included a selfie of her in
the car.
“Thanks, honey, for picking me up for steak. Love you!” The post included a photo of her with Jason.
Olivia and I couldn’t help but laugh when we saw this. This was clearly a car from my cousin’s rental company. My cousin had just posted about it yesterday, and the license plate was exactly the same.
This was enough for Lily to show off for a while. When she came to class, she was walking on air, as proud as a peacock with its tail feathers spread.
People who used to look down on her now came over to talk to her, and she was so happy she treated everyone to milk tea again.
We had just arrived at the dorm when we heard her screaming in the bathroom. We thought something had happened and rushed in:
But we saw her holding a pregnancy test, so excited that tears were streaming down her face. We looked closer and saw two lines – she was
pregnant
She quickly shared the good news with Jason, thinking she would soon marry into a rich family and become a wealthy wife.
But Jason said he wanted to visit her family first to show how serious he was about her.
This is when she panicked. She hadn’t thought about this at all. In our culture, it’s indeed customary for the man to visit the woman’s family first.

She had originally thought that getting pregnant would be enough to marry Jason.
She had gotten too deep into her role and forgotten her true family background. If Jason went to her home, he would know that her rich girl identity was fake.
Jason eagerly bought gifts, rented a car, and was ready to visit her family.
In the car, she realized she couldn’t hide it anymore and stuttered out the truth about her real family background,
Jason didn’t blow up on the spot and still took her home.
Lily’s parents, knowing Jason’s family was wealthy, really liked him and prepared a big meal to welcome him.
The dinner went smoothly, and they even discussed a date for the two families to meet.
When he was sending her back to school, Jason said his card had reached its limit and he needed 50,000 for a project right away.
Lily didn’t have enough money herself, so she borrowed some from her parents and quickly transferred it to Jason.
But the next day, Jason vanished.
He had blocked her on phone and all social media. At this point, she still didn’t realize she had been scammed, thinking Jason had dumped her because her family wasn’t rich.
Angrily, she went online and reported the real Evans family’s son, using her ID card, claiming he had gotten her pregnant and then ran away.
This really caused a stir, and soon the whole school knew she was pregnant and had been dumped.
The real Evans son quickly released a video denying everything, saying he didn’t even know her, and threatened to sue her for defamation.
Looking at that unfamiliar face, she finally understood she had been scammed.
She quickly went to report it to the police, but all her money had already been stolen.
However, the police told her that Jason’s real name was actually Jason Moore, his identity was fake too, and he was just a male model at a
KTV.
She was so angry she ran to our dorm to confront us.
