Olivia took a leave to go home and told her dad about Lily impersonating her.
“I can’t believe it! If I hadn’t gone to school, who knows how long she would have been using my identity to hook rich guys. Now there are even men standing outside the dorm asking her to pay them back.”
Robert was furious. Usually, rich men spend a lot of money on their mistresses and don’t allow them to have boyfriends.
A few days later, we noticed that Lily had stopped ordering takeout and started eating in the cafeteria instead.
She also stopped using the thousand–dollar face masks she used to apply every day, and even cancelled her pre–order for the latest bag from Chanel.
I had my secretary inquire and found out that Robert had ended their relationship.
Seeing her in such a miserable state, I almost felt a bit sorry for her and even thought about helping her.
“Amy, I just met a nice rich guy whose family owns several coal mines. Want me to introduce him to you?” Olivia said, reaching for her phone to share his contact.
Hearing “rich guy,” Lily’s eyes lit up. She looked at Olivia with a fawning expression, “Olivia, Amy’s always studying. She doesn’t have time for dating. Why don’t you introduce him to me? If it works out, I’ll treat you to a big meal.”
We weren’t used to seeing her like this, but of course, we wanted to introduce her. This was someone I had carefully selected for her.
“Alright, if you buy us breakfast for a month, I’ll consider it, I said.
She agreed without hesitation, looking extremely grateful.
For the next month, she woke up at 4 AM every day to work part–time at a breakfast stall, bringing us breakfast when she returned.
Ridiculously, she didn’t dare make a sound, afraid of waking us up.

She even eagerly washed Olivia’s clothes and aired out her bedding.
After a month, we kept our promise and introduced her to a “rich second generation named Jason Moore.
The pronunciation was similar but the character was different. She probably wouldn’t mind, and besides, we never specified which “rich” we
meant.
Jason was handsome and had always packaged himself as a rich second generation, hoping to marry up.
Previously, to pursue me, he would wait outside the international high school every day to give me breakfast when I got out of the car. My family’s driver noticed this and told my dad.
My dad investigated and found out that despite Jason’s well–dressed appearance, his family was actually poor.
He had two younger sisters, a gambling–addicted father, and his mother had died from complications during childbirth.
He hadn’t even gotten into high school and worked as a male model at a KTV.
My dad, afraid I might be blinded by his looks, had someone chase him away.
It wasn’t until my college admission celebration, when my dad had too much to drink, that he told me about this.
Jason had been sitting in my WeChat blacklist all this time, so it didn’t take much effort to contact him.
When I said I wanted to introduce a friend to him, he agreed faster than anyone.
On the day of their date, Lily got up early to dress up, wearing clothes with the biggest logos she had.
I have to admit, clothes make the man. With her outfit, she really did look like a rich, beautiful girl.
When she came back that night, she was beaming, carrying a shopping bag from a luxury brand.
This Jason really went all out to hook a rich girl.
Not long after, they became official.
Noticing that two bags were missing from Lily’s closet, I guessed she had sold them to maintain her rich girl image.
Gradually, she reverted to her arrogant self, looking down on everyone except Olivia.
I ranked first in the school for the final exams, while Lily failed three subjects. But instead of feeling ashamed, she mocked me.
“What’s the use of good grades? You can only get a few thousand dollars in scholarships. It’s better to marry well, then you’ll never have to worry about food and drink for the rest of your life.”
?? When have I ever worried about food and drink?
Moreover, my parents rewarded me with a million dollars for a trip abroad. I was grinning from ear to ear.
During the break, she often showed off her relationship on social media and in the dorm, as if afraid someone might not know she had a rich
boyfriend.
“While someone is losing sleep over a few thousand dollars, my boyfriend has already arranged a Cartier bracelet for me.”
Opening the picture almost made me laugh to death. It was just a high–quality fake. How could Jason have so much money to buy her luxury goods every day?
Besides, the belt she posted yesterday that she gave to Jason was obviously fake too. It was just two fakes exchanging fake gifts.
On Valentine’s Day, Olivia gave me a bag. I posted about it on social media to show off, which provoked another round of mockery from Lily.

“You’re doing well in your little circle, huh? But let me remind you, don’t take yourself too seriously. You’re just her plaything right now. As soon as she graduates, she’ll delete you immediately.”
She must be quite familiar with the feeling of being a plaything to speak about me like that. How dare she?
I replied: “Then why don’t you share some of your experience?”
After that, I blocked her. I couldn’t be bothered to listen to such a person’s barking, it was ruining my good mood.
The winter break ended quickly, but as soon as we arrived at the dorm, she brought us some explosive news.
