Chapter 9
He wanted to come over and rub my neck.
I pretended to laugh in surprise and asked him, “Have you remembered everything?”
Subtext: “You dare to touch me without knowing your own weight.”
Jalen awkwardly smiled and said, “I didn’t remember much.”
I sighed with regret.
Jalen pinched my palm and said, “But I’ve been dreaming about you these past few days, so I’m sure I’ll remember soon.” “That’s good to hear.”
These days, Jalen has been considerate a lot.
After arriving at the villa, he took me to the singing area on the basement floor.
Coincidentally, Darion was also there.
Seeing me and Jalen together, they glanced briefly and then coldly averted their gaze.
His forehead indeed had a cooling patch attached.
There happened to be an empty seat right next to him.
I walked in first, so naturally I sat next to him.
There was also a girl sitting next to him.
He delicately wrapped himself in a thin blanket.
It seemed very cold.
When the bare arm touched, the memory of the entangled night before surged back into the mind.
This feeling was very strange.
Jalen would occasionally ask me if I was cold.
He even peeled the mangosteen for me by hand.
It was just handed to me.
Darion sneezed delicately, right onto the durian. I pursed my lips, not wanting to laugh out loud.
The instigator, however, had a completely innocent look on their face.
He politely handed Jalen a tissue to wipe himself.
“Sorry, brother.”

The voice was muffled and somewhat hoarse,
really caught a cold.
Jalen exclaimed, “You fell ill too, haven’t been feeling well lately, hub?”
Darion replied readily, “I’m fine, and my eight–pack abs are still intact,”
It was indeed still there.
I testified.
In my impression, Darion rarely caught a cold even in winter,
The body temperature was also high.
In the most intense year of our senior high school, he would still bring me hot milk.
“The aunt at home did more work.” He obviously had resentment towards me.
He has not said a word to me until now.
The arms that occasionally brushed past still caused ripples in the depths of my heart.
He happened to accept all the attentions offered by the girl next to him.
Hot water.
Thin blanket.
The girl acted boldly, putting her hand into Darion’s palm and teasing him, “I heard that the temperature of the palm can tell if someone is sick or not.”
Her voice was sweet and sticky, “You’re so hot.”
I lowered my gaze and remained silent.
Darion hummed and mumbled his way through the past.
The girl also helped him choose a song.
She said in a whiny tone, “Can you sing a song, please?”
Darion said, “Sexy Back.”
As the beat kicked in, Darion wasted no time in speaking up.
“Dirty babe, you saw these shackles, baby, I was your slave.”
I would let you whip me if I misbehaved.”
“It was just that no one made me feel this way.”

The voice was low and had a lot of sexual tension, as if bubbling due to being sick.
His eyelids were slightly red, his eyelashes were very long, giving him a fragile look.
The lyrics were so bold, just to make matters worse,
The girl beside covered her face with her slender fingers, and her eyes turned into starry eyes, almost on the verge of screaming,
Indeed.
Darion’s voice was almost dancing on the eardrums,
I licked my lips.
ealousy takes hold.
I leaned against the back of the sofa and took out my phone.
Open Darion’s chat interface.
A white dialogue box. Compared to before, I became somewhat indifferent.
So I said something enthusiastic.
“Fever or acting seductive?”
Darion’s phone, which was placed on the table, lit up.
There is a WhatsApp message.
His lips curled slightly, not in a hurry to reply.
I turned my head and told Jalen, “I was so tired today, I’m going back first.”
Jalen readily agreed.
Before I even reached the garage, Darion sent me a message.
“Your home, my home?”
“Your home.”
