Book6–Chapter 1
After my boyfriend lost his memory, he started reverting to his playboy ways.
I accidentally heard the truth about it.
“Jalen, you’re so clever to pretend to have amnesia. When will you stop playing?”
Jalen Hughes kissed the woman beside him.
“Three months later, I’ll become Natasha Morse’s good boyfriend again.”

When I heard that, I felt a chill run through my body.
Jalen was deceiving me.
He did not lose his memory.
“Three months?”
Someone teased and winked ambiguously.
“Jalen, how many girlfriends have you changed these days? Three months, will it be enough for you to play around?”
Jalen mischievously traced his fingertips beneath the girl’s neckline.
He raised an eyebrow. “Is three months… enough…?” he drawled, with a meaningful tone.
The girl giggled and wanted to kiss his lips.
Jalen turned his head slightly.
There was a trace of lipstick on her cheek.
He seemed helpless, “I said, no kissing.”
I was puzzled.
They had already done even more intimate things.
Why bother trying to have it both ways?
A group of young guys laughed, “Does Natasha know? Even if Mr. Hughes ‘lost his memory‘, he still remains faithful to her boundaries.” Jalen took a sip of his drink.
Jalen smiled and warned, “Keep it a secret from her, okay?”
“Jalen, why make it so hard? Just break up with her. No one in our circle stays loyal like you.”

The man paused for a moment and said, “Oh, and there’s Darion.”
Was he loyal? I was with Jalen for seven years.
He quit smoking and gave up racing for me.
We once chased the sunset in a hot air balloon in Westerwood and kissed under the goddess statue
in Eastsage.
I thought love was like this.
But now.
He knocked some sense into me.
could tell everything he did wasn’t genuine.
Just a wall away.
Jalen drank a sip of wine.
“I love Natasha, but it’s been just her all these years. I’m starting to get tired of it.”
“This memory loss is just my way of rewarding myself for being faithful for seven years.”
“Of course, once three months passed, I would become Natasha’s good boyfriend again.”
My fingers trembled.
I didn’t have the strength to close the door at all. A refreshing scent of cedar came from behind.
It was Jalen’s good friend, Darion Novak.
At this moment, his eyebrows and eyes were mocking.
He gently pushed with his finger and closed the door for me.
Looked like he was enjoying the show.
“Wow, it was discovered.”
Jalen’s acting was very good.
After pretending to have amnesia, Jalen said to me, “You are too obedient, you are not the type I
like.”
Seven years of love.
Not so easy to let go.

Afterwards, I was passionate about searching for all our memories, trying to make him remember

every detail.
Fcame to see Darion today for this reason. In high school, Darion and I were desk mates.
He liked photography.
So, his mother donated a building to the school. The only thing she asked for was a private photography studio for Darion.
That place was our secret base.
At first, I worked as Darion’s assistant to do odd jobs.
Helped Darion organize his photography works.
From a yawning worker to a model strutting the city streets.
Everything stayed the same until Jalen appeared.
It was a Saturday.
I went to the studio as usual, but Darion didn’t show up until the evening.
I fell asleep on the couch.
When I woke up again, it was dark outside.
On the other side of the sofa, Jalen propped up his chin and leisurely looked at me. He smiled with his eyes curved.
“Natasha, I thought you would sleep until dawn.”
I frowned and asked, “Who are you?”
He extended a hand, “I’m Jalen, Darion’s friend.”
