Chapter 147 Don’t Force Me to Do You Here
Yesterday, Dominic drove Bella home. Since her car was still at the hospital, Bella would have to take a cab if he didn’t offer her a ride today.

Bella was so angry her head hurt. She put on her headphones and cranked up the music to drown out Dominic’s sarcastic remarks. Before they had driven far, Dominic slammed on the brakes.
Realizing they were going to be late, Bella couldn’t take it anymore. She pulled off her headphones and asked, “What is it now?”
Dominic said sharply, “If you want Felix to never return, then keep in touch with him. Do I look like the kind who can’t keep a woman in line? If I can’t do anything to you, I’ll target him instead

Seeing her actions, Dominic seemed satisfied. He stepped on the accelerator, and the car shot forward like a bullet.
Bella grabbed the seatbelt, her heart racing “It’s snowing! The roads are slippery! Slow down!”
Bella’s heart slowed to a normal beat when they reached the hospital Dominic drove too fast, and she felt like half her life had been shaved off from how terrifying it had been. Luckily, he timed it perfectly, and she walked into her department just a minute before her shift started. At least she wasn’t late. Once she sat down in her office, she decided to send him a text after some thought, “Remember to take your medicine.”
Dominic didn’t reply, but she didn’t mind.
