Money wasn’t important to her. She wanted to use that one million dollars to repay the remaining debt she owed the Miller family and buy back the house she once lived in with her mother in the small town. She also wanted to renovate her mother’s grave.
She only wanted to live quietly in that small cottage, away from the world’s problems, for the rest of her life.
