“Matt, you know I cannot tolerate betrayal. You have made an unforgivable mistake. There is no possibility for us to be together in this life.
“Can you please give each other some dignity? Go back and take good care of Iva and her son,” I said in a
sarcastic tone.
After hearing that, Matt’s eyes were full of tears.
“Vilma, no, I don’t want to go back. I just made a mistake that all men in the world would make. So, it is not
unforgivable, right?
“And I’ve already kicked her out of the company and spanked the child. She won’t stand between us anymore.”
“What did you say actually? Of course, you are unforgivable! As for what happened between you and her, it has nothing to do with me.”
As I finished speaking, I pulled the senior away.
But Matt chased after me again, “Vilma, you love me the most, please don’t leave me.”
The senior stopped Matt.
“Sir, I don’t know what happened between you, but I can tell it was your fault. Since you didn’t know how to
cherish her at the beginning, please don’t get entangled with her like a scoundrel afterwards.”
In the end, Matt did not catch up with us. Where I could not see him, he knelt facing my back for the whole night.

When I faced him again, I felt nothing in my heart.
My best friend said that Matt had become much more haggard since I left. I did not expect him to change so much.
His eyes, which once used to be bright and lively, had become sunken and lost their luster, not to mention that he had also lost a lot of weight.
I suppressed the strange feeling in my heart, retracted my gaze and said coldly, “You don’t have to do this. No matter how much you do, I will not go back with you.”

I was amused by Matt’s words.

No matter how he begged, I did not waver.
That night, I dragged my tired body and was about to return to the dormitory, when I was almost scared to death by Iva who suddenly appeared.
She was followed by several tall men.
I immediately raised my guard, “Iva, why are you stopping me?”
Iva’s smile was ferocious and her eyes were filled with hatred for me.
“Vilma, I finally found you. If it weren’t for you, my child wouldn’t have been aborted and I wouldn’t have been kicked out of the company by Mr. Walton and made fun of by my colleagues.”
